• Site Evaluation - this includes a small fee, that is deducted from the project management fee, if you decide to continue with Bilam Projects.
• Included, is a complete report, measurements from lot lines etc
• Included, is a rough site plan with the projected size of the build, well location, septic, etc. * No worries of these items, we will mark the best areas on-site to be as efficient as possible.
• site evaluations usually take around 1 hour.
